摘　　要：作为医疗行为重要物质技术基础的医疗器械,因使用或管理不当而造成患者损害事例呈上升趋势,医疗风险明显增大。本文根据医疗仪器设备和医疗器具材料的不同特点,讨论了医疗器械与医疗风险的关系,提出了一些在实践中行之有效的具体作法。Because of a wrong use or an improper management of the medical instruments that are the important material and technical base of medical deeds, the number of patients who had been harmed is rising and the medical risks are increased. According to the different characteristics of medical instruments and medical materials, the article discusses the relation between medical instruments and medical risks, at the same time puts forward some specific and effective measures in practice.
