摘  要:研究了用二甲基亚砜(DMSO)捕集羟自由基后对产物甲基亚磺酸(MSA)进行定量分析的方法,调查了不同实验条件和操作方式对测定结果的影响,探讨了利用纯化学试剂MSA建立的标准曲线对Fenton反应体系和高温碱性H2O2反应体系中的捕集产物MSA进行定量分析的结果.对Fenton反应体系的分析结果表明,实验中测定到的羟自由基量相当于初始加入H2O2量的76.7%~79.7%.由100℃和120℃高温碱性H2O2体系得到的分析结果显示,实验捕集条件下测定到的羟自由基量为初始加入过氧化氢量的0.02%~0.1%.在高温反应时增加压力,使测得的羟自由基量明显增加,采用氧气加压比氮气加压的效果更为显著.The methods of quantitative analysis of hydroxyl radicals (HO^+) which were trapped with dirnethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) to produce methane sulfinic acid (MSA) were studied. The effects of the experiment conditions and the operating methods on the determination results were investigated. Pure chemical methanesulfinate was used for setting up the standard curve for the quantitation of hydroxyl radicals in the Fenton reaction and the high temperature alkali hydrogen peroxide system. The analysis for the Fenton reaction system showed that the hydroxyl radicals which can be trapped and determined are corresponding to 76.7 % - 79.7 % of the hydrogen peroxide added to the system initially. The results from the experiments of high temperature suggested that the hydroxyl radicals which can be determined under the conditions of 100℃ and 120℃ are corresponding to 0.02% -0.1% of the initial hydrogen peroxide. The hydroxyl radical' s mole are obviously increased by increasing the pressure of the temperature/alkali H2O2 system with nitrogen and oxygen, especially when oxygen is used.
