摘 要:主要研究了疏解、槽式打浆和PFI磨打浆对温石棉纤维松解分丝性能的影响。研究表明:水力疏解对温石棉纤维松解分丝程度较小,槽式打浆对温石棉纤维主要以切断为主,而盘磨打浆能使温石棉纤维产生良好的松解分丝,尤其是当磨浆转数为1400转时,温石棉纤维产生了很好的松解分丝,该温石棉胶乳抄取板的抗张强度比槽式打浆抄制的可提高50%以上。The refining performance of asbestos fiber was investigated in this paper. And it was found that asbestos fiber could be fibriUated to a certain extent with pulper only. Asbestos fiber was mainly cut down but fibrillated seldom when refining with Valley beater. And asbestos fiber was fibrillated efficiently in PFI beater. Multimedia microscope observation discovered that asbestos fiber was fibrillated better and better as the revolution of PFI mill refining increasing, and fiber was cut down continuously. Therefore, the entanglement of fibers was increased and the tensile strength of the asbestos sheets reached maximum when the revolution of PFI was 1400, and in this situation the tensile strength of the sheet upgraded about 80% compared with that of the sheet where the asbestos fibers were refined with Valley beater or pulper.
