摘　　要：随着网络技术的发展和数字图书馆的出现,读者服务愈来愈走向图书馆业务的前台。网络环境下,读者的用户类型及信息需求也呈多元化发展,就网络环境下高校图书馆读者服务模式的变化、读者服务模式的发展趋势加以分析与研究,进而阐述了网络环境下高校图书馆读者服务工作理念和手段的创新以及为适应新形势的变化高校图书馆应有的对策。With the development of the network technology and the appearance of the digital libraries, readers＇ service are moving to the front of library business. In internet environment, types of users and information requirement of readers are diversified, This change and the trend of readers＇ service models in university libraries are analysed in the paper. Some concepts of readers＇ service work and innovational measures are further expounded. Finally, countermeasures against the changes under new situation in university libraries are put forward.
