摘  要:采用分光光度法,测定了罗勒中总黄酮的含量,检测波长为357nm,标准曲线相关系数R2为0.9995,相对标准偏差为1.09%,平均加样回收率为101.3%。结果表明,此法准确度较高,为罗勒生药及成品药中罗勒黄酮含量测定提供了一种切实可行的方法。The concentration of flavonoids in Ocimum basilicum L. was determined with ultraviolet spectrophotometry, the detective wavelength was 357nm, the R^2 of standard curve was 0. 9995 and the relative standard deviation was 1.09 % with the average recovery of 101.3 %. The result showed that the rate of veracity of this method was high and this provided the determination of Ocimum flavonoids of pharmacognostic and finished products a feasible method.
