摘 要:为探讨复杂顶板条件下大断面巷道一次成巷综掘锚杆支护技术,针对朱庄矿3548工作面机巷及切眼的具体情况,在理论分析与数值模拟的基础上,确定了机巷采用高强锚杆支护、切眼采用高强锚杆-锚索联合支护的支护方案,同时确定了锚杆锚索等支护参数及施工工艺.经济与社会效益分析结果表明:3548工作面机巷和切眼成功采用了综掘一次成巷锚杆支护技术,实现了巷道的快速掘进,达到了煤巷锚杆支护快速、经济、安全可靠的目标.In order to study the technology of the bolt supporting for fully-mechanized simultaneous drifting in large section roadway with complex roof condition, Based on the specific condition of conveyor roadways and open-off cut in working face 3548 of Zhuzhuang colliery, theoretic analysis and numerical simulation, the supporting program was got that conveyor roadways was supported by strong bolt and open-off cut was supported by bolt-chorda. Meanwhile, the supporting parameters and construction technique were got. The results of economic and social benefit analysis indicate that the bolt supporting for fully-mechanized simultaneous drifting is applied successfully in the conveyor roadways and open-off cut of 3548 workface, and the purpose of fast driving, economical, secure bolt supporting in coal roadway is achieved.
