摘 要:针对当前煤矿防灭火技术与材料存在的不足,研制了一种用于防治易燃厚煤层巷顶高冒区火患的固化粉煤灰浆.介绍了固化粉煤灰浆的组成、特征以及井下移动式远距离粉煤灰的充填工艺,研究了固化粉煤灰浆的防灭火原理,并通过交叉实验确定了固化粉煤灰浆的最佳配比.结合固化粉煤灰浆在常村煤矿21072大综放工作面防治充填巷顶高冒区火患的实际应用情况,绘制出充填后火区温度以及CO的变化情况.实践证明:固化粉煤灰浆作为一种新型的绿色环保防灭火材料,特别适用于易自燃厚煤层巷顶高冒区火患的防治.Based on the limitations of mine fire prevention technology and material, the slurry of solidified fly ash was developed which could be used in extinguishing the fire happened in the top-caving tunnel. The component and character of solidified fly ash and the mobile-long-range filling technology of it were introduced. The fire-prevented theory of slurry of solidified fly ash was studied. Based on the cross-experiment, a better proportion between water and fly ash was got. After the solidified fly ash being used at the working face 21072 of Changcun colliery to prevent and control the top-caving fire, the trends of temperature and CO content after filling were described. The results show that the slurry of solidified fly ash is a new fire-prevent green material, and it is very suitable for fire prevention and control of top-caving tunnel in inflammable thick coal seam.
