保心合剂对实验性心衰大鼠血浆BNP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察保心合剂对心衰大鼠血浆脑钠肽(BNP)的影响,探讨其防治心衰的机理。方法采用异丙肾上腺素皮下注射法制作心衰模型,将Wistar大鼠随机分为空白组(不干预),模型A、B、C组(造模,B组造膜后给药),中药大、小剂量组(给保心合剂),西药组(给地高辛);检测大鼠血浆BNP水平,并取心、肺、肝称重比较。结果中药大、小剂量组及西药组与模型A组BNP均有显著性差异;经保心合剂治疗的模型B组大鼠BNP显著低于模型C组;中药大剂量组及西药组与模型A组心、肺、肝称重均有显著性差异;经保心合剂治疗的模型B组大鼠肺脏、肝脏重量较模型C组大鼠明显为低。结论BNP可以作为中药治疗心衰的疗效观察指标之一;保心合剂能降低心衰大鼠血浆BNP水平。Objective:To observe the influence of Baoxin Decoction(BD,保心合剂) on the level of BNP in rats with heart failure and explore the mechanism. Methods:Wistar rats were subcutaneously injected isopenaline and randomly divided into 7 groups:the normal control group,the model group A,the model group B,the model group C,the high dosage of BD group,the low dosage of BD group and the digoxin group.After the models were made,plasma BNP of all the rats were tested by ELISA method and then all the rats were killed with all the hearts,the lungs and the livers weighed.Results:Compared with the model group A,the high,low dosage of BD and digoxin group could decrease BNP level significantly.The level in model group B,C had significant difference.The high dosage of BD and digoxin could decrease the weight of the heart,the lung and the liver significantly.The levels of the lung and the liver in model group B were lower than those in model group C.Conclusion:BNP could be regarded as one of the observing indexs for TCM curing heart failure.BD could decrease the level of BNP and has a positive value of treatment and deserves further research and development.
