摘 要:目的:研究HG颗粒对CCl4急性肝损伤小鼠肝功能的影响。方法:用CCl4皮下注射建立急性肝损伤小鼠模型,分别予HG颗粒、复方鳖甲软肝片灌胃治疗。对照观察药物对急性肝损伤模型小鼠肝脏谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活性的影响。结果:急性肝损伤小鼠肝脏谷草转氨酶(ALT)、谷丙转氨酶(AST)活性均明显增高。HG颗粒治疗后有明显降低,综合疗效优于阳性药物对照组。结论:HG颗粒具有保护CCl4急性肝损伤模型小鼠肝功能的作用。Objective: To explore the effects of PIG Keli on liver function of acute liver injury model mice by carbon tetrarchloride. Methods: Established acute liver injury model mice injected hypodermicly by car bon tetrarchloride. Trended the mice with PIG Keli and FuFangBieJiaRuanGan tablets through tube feeding respectivly. Obseved the avtivities of ALT and AST in the blood serum. Results: Activities of ALT and AST in the model mice were signific antly higher than the normal group. After the therpy of PIG Keli, avtivities of ALT and AST decreased markedly, the comprehensive action of PIG Keli was better than that of modem medicine. Conclusion: These results suggested that PIG Keli can effectively cure acute liver injury model mice induced by carbon tetrarchloride.
