复方田七胶囊对骨折术后体内SOD、LPO的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察复方田七胶囊对骨折术后体内SOD、LPO的影响。方法:将150例骨折患者按随机数字表法分为复方田七胶囊治疗组、维生素C治疗对照组、空白对照组三个组,术后对SOD、LPO值进行监测。结果:在术后第5、8天,复方田七胶囊治疗组的SOD值高于两对照组;LPO值低于两对照组;提示复方田七胶囊治疗组在清除氧自由基、促进创伤恢复方面优于两对照组。结论:复方田七胶囊能够清除氧自由基,从而对创伤的机体起到保护和修复的作用。Objective： To observe the effect of compound Radix Notoginseng capsules on vivo SOD and LPO after fractura operation. Methods： 150 cases of fractura patients was divide three groups referring to random distribution methods in figure list, treatment group with compound Radix Notoginseng capsules, control group with VitC, blank group. SOD and LPO were detected after fractura operation. Results： SOD in treatment group with compound Radix Notoginseng capsules is higher than control group and blank group. LPO in treatment group with compound Radix Notoginseng capsules is lower than control group and blank group. Conclusion： Compound Radix Notoginseng capsules have function to protect and recovery vulnerarious organism by cleating oxygen free radical.
