摘  要:介绍了密闭液室内评价的一种新方法,以及合成基密闭液在胜利油田、西部油田、哈萨克斯坦扎纳诺尔油田的现场应用情况。通过合成基密闭液现场应用结果与新评价方法的结果相一致,验证了新评价方法的正确性和实用性。现场应用实践表明,合成基密闭液的性能稳定、耐高温(170℃)、密闭效果好,单井岩心密闭率可达到100%,贮存期长达12个月,可用于浅井和深井密闭取心。A new method of evaluating sealing fluid in the laboratory and application of synthetic sealing fluid in Shengli oilfield, Xibu oilfield, Zhananuoer oilfield of Kazakstan were described. Precision and practicability of the new evaluation method were verified because its results were the same as the field result with the synthetic sealing fluid. The practical applications showed that the synthetic sealing fluid had the advantages of stable performance, enduring temperature up to 170℃, excellent sealing effect, 100% of core sealing rate of a well, being able to be stored for more than 12 mouths, etc. This system can be employed for sealing core drilling in the shallow and deep wells.
