摘  要:以聚乙烯醇与四氯化钛为原料,在二甲基亚砜和无水乙醇的混合溶剂中反应制备了负载钛酸酯催化剂PVAC-1,用红外光谱对其分子结构进行了表征,并用比色法测定了催化剂中的钛含量。考察了PVAC-1在合成邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯、己二酸二异辛酯、苯甲酸异辛酯等高沸点酯中的催化活性,酸的转化率分别达到99.8%、99.8%和99.7%。结果表明,PVAC-1具有与烷基钛酸酯相当的催化活性,催化剂经处理后,可重复使用多次。A polymer-supported titanate was prepared by the reaction of titanium tetrachloride with polyvinyl alcohol, characterized by FT-IR and used in the esterification for the synthesis of high boiling esters. The results showed that the catalytic activity of PVAC-1 was comparable with that of Ti(OBu)4, a known highly active catalyst for the synthesis of high boiling esters. Using PVAC-1 as catalyst, the conversion of acid was up to 99.8%, 99.8% and 99. 7% for the synthesis of dioctyl phthalate, diisooctyl adipate and benzoate, respectively. The catalyst can be recycled many times without significant activity loss.
