摘 要:在丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺单体溶液中均匀混合少量SiO2、TiO2纳米粉末,在聚乙烯醇(PVA)溶液中共聚,湿法纺丝制备了高吸水纤维。测试结果表明,加入少量SiO2后,纤维吸水倍率最高可增加35.14%,吸盐水倍率最高可增加54.09%,断裂强力最高可增加7%。加入少量TiO2后的纤维吸水倍率最高可增加22.73%,吸盐水倍率最高可增加36.69%,断裂强力最高可增加5.1%。Acrylic acid (AA) and acryl amide (AM) as monomers, to which some nanosized silicon dioxide and titanium dioxide were added, copolymerized in polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) solution. The copolymers were spinned in the way of wet spinning. It was shown that the properties of the high absorption fiber, in which some nanosized silicon dioxide was added, were remarkably improved. Water absorption, saline solution absorption and breaking strength were improved by up to 35. 14%, 54.09% and 7%, respectively. Addition of some nanosized titanium dioxide to the high absorption fiber markedly improved the properties. Water absorption, saline solution absorption and breaking strength improved by 22.7%, 36.69% and 5.1%, respectively.
