摘　　要：对气相色谱、液相色谱和激光色谱(光色谱)等色谱技术在识别分子大小方面的应用进行了讨论,主要对液相色谱中的凝胶渗透色谱的原理、发展以及在石油化工中的应用作了阐述。The application of gas chromatography （GC）, liquid chromatography （LC） and laser chromatography technologies in determination of molecular size were mainly discussed, with the focus on the mechanism, development and application of gel permeation chromatography in the field of petrochemistry.
