摘 要:筛分作业是当前应用最广泛的物料按粒度分类方法,从筛面上物料的运动规律、透筛概率理论、潮湿物料深度筛分技术和筛分数学模型这4个方面回顾了筛分技术的发展概况,指出筛分基础理论尚处于假说和实验科学阶段而落后于生产实践。潮湿物料的深度筛分技术虽然有了很大进步,但筛分机械强度和筛分工艺效果之间存在着突出的矛盾。今后筛分理论的研究将以试验为基础,以计算机技术为依托,逐步建立综合考虑物料性质及其相互影响的物料运动模型和描述筛分过程数学模型。Screen is the most extensively used process for sizing particulate materials at present. The development of current screening technology was reviewed from four respects including motion laws of sieved material, penetrating probability theory, intensive screen technology for moist material, screen mathematical model. It is pointed out that the basic theory of screen is at a stage of hypothesis and experimental science with lagging behind production practices. Although intensive screen technology has made a very great improvement, there is an outstanding contradiction between screen mechanical intensity and craft result. The future research for the screen theory should be based on experiments and rely on computer technology, and then motion model of sieved material and mathematical model of screen process in which material property and mutual interactions are taken into account, should be established step by step.
