摘　　要：通过对高压混合头中小活塞杆的工作条件、失效形式进行分析,概括了小活塞杆应具备的综合性能,从而确定了其材料、热处理及结构,相对地延长了高压混合头的使用寿命,创造了显著的经济效益。Through analyzing the working condition and the invalidation form of the little piston rod of the high - pressure mixing chamber. Summarize the overall performance of the little piston in order to ascertain the material ,the heat treatment and the structure. It can comparatively prolong the service life and make a remarkable economic profit.
