摘　　要：2002年,某厂使用的轧辊存在严重的“小掉肉”,造成型材表面疤痕,换辊次数增加等一系列问题,严重影响了产品质量和生产秩序。采取了三大措施：净化铁水、调整成分、优化工艺。使轧辊小掉肉减少了60％。In 2002, the roller that some mill was existed a lot of little pits, it caused a series of problems of section steel surface＇ s scars and changing roller times increase, greatly influenced the quality of product and the order of production. Tackling key problems group took three measures： purifying molten iron, adjusting component, optimizing technology. It decreased 60 percent little pits.
