摘　　要：毕业实习是学生理论联系实践，从课堂走向病房，培养临床独立思考和工作能力的重要阶段，也是医学院校培养合格人才的特殊环节，目前，医学院校护理专业，溢床实习工作存在许多问题，并不令人满意，本文通过对我院护理专业实习生实习过程中存在的问题进行剖析，并积极谋求相应的对策和措施，以期提高临床教学质量。Clinical practice is an important stage for students to combine theory with practice, step out of classroom into wards, and develop their clinical independent thinking and work capacity. It is also a special link in cultivating qualified medical personnel. However, at present there exist many problems in clinical nursing internship at medical colleges and universities. The article ana- lyzes the problems in clinical practice in nursing specialty at our college, and provides strategies and solutiorns that the quality of clinical teaching can be improved.
