摘　　要：低温冷害气象预报是气象预报人员经验、知识和推理思维的创造性应用。通过讨论低温冷害气象预报专家系统的结构、功能、推理机制、可信度计算方法以及气象知识表达和数据库技术 。The cold- harm with low temperature meteorologic forecast is acreative application of meteorologic forecaster's experiment,knowledge and deduce thinking. The cold- harm was discussed with low temperature meteorologic forecast expert system's struture,function,deduce machine and calculation method of certainty foc- tors.Itnotonly givesrepresentation of meteorologicknowledge and database technol- ogy,but also points outthatthe expert system can be widely applied tometeorologic range in future.
