摘 要:通过肛管测压研究肛裂手术前后肛管直肠的动态功能。对40例肛裂患者进行手术前后其肛管舒张压(ARRP)、肛管最大收缩压(AMCP)、肛管最长收缩时间(ALCT)、肛管静息压(ARP)、直肠静息压(RRP)、肛管长度、排便动作进行测定。结果显示,肛裂患者因其肛管直肠肌受损,AMCP降低,RRP、ARP升高,手术治疗后,AMCP升高,RRP降低,ARP明显降低,排便动作曲线正常。结果表明,肛管直肠测压可为评定肛裂手术前后的肛管直肠动态功能提供客观指标。The objective of this study was to investigate dynamic function of anorectum before and after operation with the help of measurement of anorectal pressure. Before and after operation 40 patients with anal fissure were submitted to the measurements, including anorectal relaxation pressure, anal maximal constraction pressure (AMCP), anal longest constraction time(ALCT), anal rest pressure(ARP), rectal rest pressure(RRP) ,anal length,as well defectation action,etc. As results,in the patient with anal fissure due to anorectal muscle being injuried their AMCP decreased,but RRP and ARP increased;after operation, AMCP increased,RRP decreased, and ARP significantly decreased, the curve of defecation action became normal. These results show that the measurements of anorectal pressure can provide objective indexes for evaluating dynamic function of anoreetum before and after operation of anal fissure.
