改良切除术治疗血栓性外痔30例临床观察

摘　　要：为改善传统剥离切除术治疗血栓性外痔的不足，采用血栓性外痔改良切除术治疗血栓性外痔30例，术后分别观察便血、局部渗血、肛缘水肿、疼痛、尿潴留、赘皮残留、肛门坠胀、继发感染的发生情况，综合评分判断疗效。结果显示，采用改良术式的治疗组治愈率96．7％，好转率3．3％，明显优于采用传统术式的对照组的23．3％和76．7％（P〈0．01）。结果表明，改良切除术治疗血栓性外痔，疗效好，并发症少，不易复发。In order to improve the therapeutic effects of traditional dissection resection procedure for thrombo-external hemorrhoids,authors adopted the improved resection procedure to treat 30 cases of this disease;after operation observed following status as hamatochezia, local oozing of blood, edema on anal margin,pain,retention of urine, residual skin tag, anus tenesmus, and secondary infection, then judged the therapeutic effects on basis of combined score. The results showed that in the 30 cases subjected to improved procedure curative rate was 96.7%. ,improvement rate was 3.3% ;these were superior to controlled group which were subjected to traditional procedure（23.3%,76.7%, P 〈0.01）. It is concluded that for thrombo-external hemorrhoids the improved procedure is of high curative effects,less complication.and few recurrence.
