摘  要:通过优化酸活化膨润土工艺条件,制备高脱色力活性白土。研究了活化酸度、活化温度、活化时间、液固比、浸泡时间等工艺条件对活性白土脱色力的影响。研究表明,要获得高脱色力活性白土,增加活化酸度,提高活化温度,活化时间就相应缩短,反之,活化酸度小,活化温度降低,就必须延长活化时间;活化酸度过大、温度过高且活化时间过长,会引起脱色力下降;液固比增大,浸泡时间延长,有利于提高脱色力,但考虑对脱色力影响的增幅大小,以适当为宜;活化产品不漂洗或漂洗过度,会影响产品脱色力提高。在最佳工艺条件下,由本研究样品制得脱色力大于210的活性白土。The activated clay with high decoloring capacity can be prepared by the optimization of process conditions of acid - activation of bentonite. The activated process conditions, such as acidity, temperature, time, the ration of liquid to solid, soaking time on the decoloring capacity of activated clay are studied. It is shown that if the activated acidity and temperature increase, the activated time will be shorten, otherwise, the activated time will be prolonged. And if the activated acidity, temperature and time are overactive,the decoloring capacity of activated clay will be decreased. On the other hand,if the ratio of 1/s and soaking time increase, the decoloring capacity of the produc.t will be increased. But considering the increase extent of decoloring capacity, the proper increase of such process parameters is suitable. Without rinsing or rinsing excessively will affecte. The improvement of decoloring capacity of the activated product. Under the optimum conditions ,the activated clay sample with decoloring capacity of more than 210 can be prepared.
