重组干扰素α1b壳聚糖涂膜剂对豚鼠皮肤疱疹病毒感染的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的:考察重组干扰素仪α1b壳聚糖涂膜剂对豚鼠皮肤疱疹病毒感染的治疗作用。方法:制备豚鼠皮肤单纯疱疹Ⅰ型病毒感染模型,用重组干扰素α1b壳聚糖涂膜剂进行治疗,并与重组干扰素α1b软膏进行比较。结果:重组干扰素α1b壳聚糖涂膜剂能显著的减轻单纯疱疹Ⅰ型病毒感染豚鼠的皮肤损伤程度(P<0．01),缩短病程(P<0．01),促进结痂及痊愈,治疗效果优于重组干扰素α1b软膏。结论:重组干扰素α1b壳聚糖涂膜剂对豚鼠皮肤疱疹病毒感染具有显著疗效。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effects of recombinant IFN-α1b chitosan film on skin infection caused by HSV-Ⅰ in guinea. Method： The guinea pigs with skin infection caused by HSV- I were used as infected models, and received experimental treatment with recombinant IFN-α1b chitosan film, while recombinant IFN-α1b cream used as controlled group. Result： Skin trauma was inhibited by treatment with recombinant IFN-α1b chitosan film, its therapeutic effects was better than that of recombinant IFN-α1b cream on the degree of skin trauma（ P 〈 0.01 ） and the healed time （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Recombinant IFN-α1b chitosan film has good curative effect against skin infection caused by HSV-Ⅰ in guinea.
