摘　　要：本文提出了一个估计城市或企业的地震损失的方法。文中第一部分给出了建筑物的震害预测方法,第二部分给出了地震损失的估计方法和成本效益分析。根据地震危险性分析给出的结果,利用这个方法可求出遭遇不同烈度的地震时结构的震害程度和一个地区在一定时期内的地震损失期望值。This paper presents a method for estimating the seismic loss of a city 01 an enterprise. The first part of this paper gives a method for predicting the seismic damage of buildings and the second part gives the estimating method of seismic loss and the analysis of cost benefit. The mean value of the Seismic damage level of a structure and the seismic loss of a typical region during a typical period can be obtained by using this method on the basis of the results of seismic risk analysis.
