摘　　要：本文介绍了一种基于现场总线的小型水泥生产配料控制系统的实现方法。该系统采用总线技术和智能模块,不仅实现配料自动控制,而且增加了磨机负荷和故障诊断功能。实践表明,该系统低成本,可靠性高,易于维护,操作方便,是一种较为实用的微机配料系统。This paper introduces the realization method of the minitype cement material blending control system based on fieldbus. This system uses the fieldbus and intelligent model, not only realizes the automatic control of cement material blending, but also has the functions of milling machine load and fault diagnosis. Practice shows that this system has a lower cost, higher reliability, easiest maintenance and convenient operation. It is a practical cement material blending control system.
