摘  要:利用FT-IR动态跟踪双氰胺(D ICY)固化环氧树脂的反应,探讨其反应机理。结果表明,环氧树脂E-51与D ICY反应时,D ICY并不是分解成单氰胺,而首先是D ICY中伯胺上的氢原子与环氧基发生开环反应,然后是腈基与羟基反应生成酰胺,并进一步与环氧基进行开环反应。Epoxy resins are widely used as adhesives and as matrix resins of composites due to their bonding property and excellent thermal property. Dicyandiamide (DICY) is one kind of the latent curing agent that used in industry firstly. This work deals with the fundamental research in the curing mechanism of the Epoxy/DICY system. The Results show that DICY cannot be discomposed to cyanamide in the curing reaction. According to the characterization of FT-IR, the process of the cure reaction is the H atom of primary amine of DICY reacts firstly with the epoxy group of the epoxy resin, then the nitrile group reacts with hydroxyl group, which is accompanied by the reaction between the H atom of secondary amine of DICY and epoxy group of the epoxy resin.
