摘  要:通过扫描电镜(SEM)对气体辅助注射成型(GA IM)PC/PE共混物制品相形态的观察,发现作为分散相PC的形变规律与在常规注射成型(C IM)制品中的情况有很大差异。在形态分析的基础上,探讨了气体穿透对气体辅助注射成型制品形态的形成和形态分布影响的机理。The skin-core structure of the gas-assisted injection molded polycarbonate (PC)/ polyethylene (PE) blend was investigated. Although the gas-assisted injection molded part and conventional injection molded PC phase in the GAIM part phase changed severely in the part both have the and the CIM part intermediate layer skin-core structure, the morphology evolution of showed completely different characteristics. PC of GAIM part, as well as in the sub-skin of CIM part. While in GAIM part, PC phase in the intermediate layer of the non-gate end changed far more intensely and aligned much orderly than that at the gate end. In a word, PC particles exposed to gas penetration arc much easier to coalesce and be the basis of the morphological description, the effects of the fibrillate during GAIM process. On gas penetration on the mechanism of the PC phase deformation and distribution were also discussed.
