CD99蛋白在胃腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：[目的]探讨CD 99蛋白表达在胃腺癌诊断中的意义.[方法]采用免疫组织化学方法给111例胃腺癌和20例正常胃黏膜组织进行CD 99蛋白表达检测.[结果]CD 99蛋白在正常胃黏膜细胞中呈高度表达,在胃腺癌细胞中呈低度表达,在正常胃黏膜和胃腺癌组织免疫组织化学染色积分数分别为7.92±3.14,1.85±3.05,两者间有显著性差异.CD 99蛋白在早期胃癌组织中的表达高于进展期,且进展期Ⅰ期病变中的积分数高于进展期Ⅳ期.[结论]CD 99蛋白的免疫组织化学检测可作为胃腺癌早期诊断的参考指标.OBJECTIVE To evaluate the pathologic significance of the expression of CD 99 in gastric adenocarcinoma. METHODS The immunostaining was done using a CD 99 antibody in 111 of gastric adenocarcinomas and 20 of normal gastric mucosa. RESULTS The expression of CD 99 was very rare in gastric adenocarcinoma, only several cases of gastric cancer cells showed weak positive signals, but its expression was frequently observed in normal gastric mucosa. The immunoreactive score of CD 99 was 7.92±3.14 and 1.85±3.05, respectively. The expression of CD 99 was significantly higher in early gastric cancer and stage Ⅰ tissues than advanced gastric cancer and stage Ⅳ. CONCLUSION The expression of CD 99 was a useful marker for the diagnosis of gastric adenocarcinoma
