循环经济导向下我国水电企业战略的调整

摘　　要：循环经济作为一种崭新的经济发展模式,是解决环境问题、促进经济稳定持续发展的有效途径,而水电的发展与生态经济的关系尤为密切。在简单介绍循环经济理论的基础上,对目前水电企业发展战略及其战略环境进行了分析,指出问题所在,并提出调整策略:确定企业新的社会综合价值管理理念,制定以环保为核心的水电企业发展战略,构建行之有效的环境管理和技术支撑体系,塑造水电企业的绿色环保新形象。Cycle economy is a new economy development mode,and it is an effective way to solve environmental problems and to improve sustainable development of economy.Development of hydropower enterprises has close relationship with ecological economy.Based on the cycle economy theory,the existing strategies and environment of hydropower enterprises are analyzed.Some adjustment strategies are presented: determination of new social value management thought,establishment of development strategy with the environmental protection being the core,establishment of effective environmental management and technical support system as well as shaping of environmental protection figure of hydropower enterprises.
