摘 要:为了评估偶然灾害作用下海洋平台的安全性,提出损伤平台的体系可靠性评估方法.考虑结构-桩-土的非线性相互作用,运用非线性逐步倒塌分析方法,建立偶然灾害作用后的海洋平台损伤结构在极端环境荷载作用下的承载能力计算模型.结合蒙特卡罗法,进行了体系可靠性评估.该方法应用于BZ28-1南平台的体系可靠性评估中.结果表明,受爆炸作用后的平台损伤结构的体系可靠度与原结构较为接近,爆炸对平台的整体性能影响较小;而火灾作用后的结构体系可靠度远小于原结构,是造成海洋平台结构整体破坏的主要原因;海洋平台以3.0×10-3的结构失效概率为大修准则.To assess the safety of a jacket platform subjected to an accidental disaster, a system reliabilitybased method for assessment of the damaged platform was proposed. Considering the structure-pile-soil nonlinear interaction, the capacity calculation model of the damaged jacket platform subjected to extreme environment loads was established according to the nonlinear step by step pushover analysis method. Based on the Monte Carlo simulation, the system reliability-based assessment was performed. The method was applied for the assessment of BZ28-1 south platform system. The results show that the reliability index of damaged jacket platform subjected to explosion is similar to the original one, with the explosion affecting the overall structure insignificantly. The reliability index of damaged platforms subjected to fire is smaller than the original one, with the fire hazard being the main reason for failure of the damaged jacket platform structure. The jacket platform can take the failure probability of 3.0×10^-3 as heavy repair criterion.
