摘 要:为了实现新一代有机光导(OPC)鼓的工业化,研究了基于芴酮基偶氮(F-Azo)的单层OPC鼓的制备工艺.分析了载流子发生材料(CGM)的敏化、CGM/载流子传输材料/聚碳酸酯(CGM/CTM/PC)的配比、溶剂的选择、电子传输材料的加入以及添加预涂层(IFL)和保护层(PL)对于OPC鼓总体光导性能的影响,总结出一套单层OPC鼓的生产工艺.结果表明,以质量分数为1%的酞菁氧钛(TiOPc)敏化CGM,使CGM、CTM和PC的质量比为1∶80∶120,加入质量分数为0.5%的TNF,用THF砂磨CGM和用二噁烷溶解CTM及PC,单层OPC鼓的光敏性提高了将近70%.增加IFL可以提高OPC鼓的充电电位.采用含有CTM的PL,OPC鼓的光敏性进一步得到优化.To industrialize new-generation organic photoconductive (OPC) drum, the preparation processes of single-layered OPC drum based on fluoronone-substituted azo (F-Azo) were studied. By analyzing the effects of the charge-generation material (CGM) sensitization, the mass ratio of CGM/charge-transport material/polycarbonate (CGM/CTM/PC), the solvents selection, the adding of electronransport materi- al, and the employing of the interracial layer (IFL) and the protective layer (PL) on the total photoconductivity of OPC drum, a preparation process of the single-layered OPC drum was summarized. The results show that when using 1 mass percent oxotitanium phthalocyanine (TiOPc) to sensitize CGM, adopting the mass ratio of CGM/CTM/PC as 1 : 80 : 120, adding 0. 5 mass percent TNF, ball-milling the CGM with THF and dissolving the CTM and PC in dioxane, the photosensitivity of the single-layered OPC drum improves by nearly 70%. Adding an IFL can increase the charging potential of the OPC drum. The photosensitivity of the OPC drum is further optimized by adopting the PL containing CTM.
