摘 要:针对产品开发过程中迭代多和协同效率低的问题,提出基于设计结构矩阵族(DSMF)的过程建模方法.基于传统的设计结构矩阵(DSM)理论,分析了基于行为、零部件和参数的DSM应用间的关系.将各类矩阵按照其拓扑关联系统地集成起来,构成DSMF,以矩阵族形式建立了DSMF模型.利用对模型中子矩阵的变换,研究了优化过程结构的策略,并用于减震器贮液筒的设计建模和优化.结果表明,与传统方法相比,该建模方法更好地描述了过程中设计行为、零部件和参数间的复杂迭代关系,建立了信息完整和层次分明的过程模型,为深入至参数层的过程结构优化提供支持.To deal with the problems of too many iterations and low collaborative efficiency in product development process, a method of process modelling based on design structure matrix family(DSMF) was presented. Based on the theory of conventional design structure matrix (DSM), the relationship among the applications of DSM based on activities, components and parameters was analyzed. A DSMF was constructed by integrating types of matrix according to their topological relationship, and a DSMF model was established in the form of matrix family. Strategy of optimizing process structure was researched through sub-matrix transformation in the model, and was applied to establish and optimize a model of damper cylinder development process. The results show that the proposed modelling method is better than the traditional method of describing complex iterations among design activities, components and parameters in process, and establishes a structured process model with integrated information and clearly level, and provides support to in-depth process structure optimizing on parameters level.
