中药久喘康加吸入激素治疗儿童哮喘缓解期临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药久喘康加吸入激素治疗儿童哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法将100例哮喘缓解期患儿随机分为3组,久喘康加吸入激素治疗组40例,久喘康治疗组30例,吸入激素治疗组30例,将哮喘缓解期肺肾气虚的主症进行量化评分,以(治疗前主症积分-治疗后主症积分)/治疗前主症积分作为观察疗效的依据。结果3组临床疗效经统计学处理有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中久喘康加吸入激素治疗组优于久喘康治疗组和吸入激素治疗组(P<0.05)。结论中药久喘康加吸入激素是中西医结合防治儿童哮喘缓解期的有效方法。Objective To discuss the curative effect of Jiuchuankang Decoction combined with inhaled hormone on child asthma in catabasis （syndrome of insufficiency of lung and kidney qi）. Methods All 100 cases of child asthma in catabasis were randomly di vided into 3 groups： group 1 （n=40） was treated with Jiuchuankang Decoction combined with inhaled hormone, group 2 （n=30） was treated with Jiuchuankang Decoction only and group 3 （n=30） was treated with hormone only. The main symptoms of the syndrome of insufficiency of lung and kidney qi in asthma catabasis were scored quantitatively. The ratio of （the integrals of main symptoms before treatment subtracted the integrals of main symptoms after treatment） to the integrals of main symptoms before and after treatment was taken as the basis of the observation on the curative effects. Result The curative effects in 3 groups were significant （P〈0.05） by statistical analysis. The effect in group 1 was better than those in group 2 and group 3 （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapy com bined Jiuchuankang Decoction and inhaled hormone is an effective therapy for prevention and treatment integrated Chinese and western medicine of child asthma in catabasis （syndrome of insufficiency of lung and kidney qi）.
