摘　　要：指出了目前市场上的短信网关、短信服务系统存在功能单一、安全性差的缺陷,提出了一种分布式多级可扩展短信服务平台的实施方案。该方案采用分布式和模块化的设计,系统可以根据需要灵活配置其安全性和所需的硬件环境,以适应不同级别的用户要求,提高了系统的灵活性和适用性。设计了智能化的灾难恢复功能,提高了系统的可靠性,着重阐述了其体系结构和关键技术的实现方法。企业实际应用的结果表明,该系统可以安全、高效的提供短信数据的收发、管理、计费以及短信增值服务。The disadvantages of the simple function as well as low security of the message gateway and message service system on the market are pointed out. The design and implementation technology of the message service platform are proposed based on distributed and multistage expansibility. In order to adapt to users of different ranks, the distributed and modularized design makes the system have the configurable security and configurable installation hardware condition, which improves the application of the system. The intelligent design of disaster resume module improves the security of the system. System architecture and implementation method of the key technology are emphasized. The result shows that this system offer the service of receiving and transmitting, managing and charging the message data safely and high efficiently as well as the message increment service.
