摘　　要：报道了用Ｘ射线源激发Ｘ荧光能谱法（ＸＩＸＥ）分析我国初版与再版纪念邮票和特种邮票的实验结果．实验表明，利用该方法，依据初版和再版邮票油墨颜料及纸张中特征元素种类或含量的差别，可以实现可靠的无损鉴定．这一方法也可以应用到对某些重要纸质文献或艺术品真伪的鉴定．They report the experimental results of elemental compositions of stamps using X-ray induced X-ray emission(XIXE). Experimental results show that the elemental compositions and concentrations of stamps for first and second publication are different each other, resulting from the different printing pigments used, although their colors appear to be almost same. By comparing the measured X-ray spectra, the stamps of the first publication can be distinguished from the second publication or fakes non-destructively. XIXE also can be used to distinguish other important document from a fake.
