摘　　要：社会契约论所包含的促进经济增长和深化民主财政建设的经济观尚未引起学界的高度重视。围绕契约的经济维度、社会契约“自然权利”的经济维度以及从历史角度来分析社会契约论的经济观,对从身份到契约,从权力到权利,从产权到人权,从人治到法治的中国民主财政建设具有很强的现实指导意义。The economic view of promoting economic growth and deepening the construction of democratic finance is implied in the social contract theory. However, this view is still not highly valued in academic circles. An analysis of this view, which is centered on the economic dimension of contracts and that of “ natural rights” in social contracts, also adopts a historical perspective. It has strong realistic implications for the construction of democratic finance from identity to contract, power to right, property fight to human right, and rule by man to rule by law.
