摘 要:采用浸渍法制备了以莫来石纤维多孔陶瓷为载体的La0.8Sr0.2CoO3钙钛矿材料,利用扫描电子显微镜及X射线衍射仪对样品进行了表征,发现莫来石纤维陶瓷载体表面负载有钙钛矿型复合氧化剂.进而研究了载体催化剂对NO和CO的催化活性,并讨论了添加为0.1%(质量分数)的PdC l2对La0.8Sr0.2CoO3钙钛矿材料催化活性的影响.结果表明,未添加Pd时,601℃下NO的转化率达到74.5%,CO的转化率高达99%;在添加少量Pd之后,350℃下CO和NO的转化率均达到100%.The perovskite-type La0.8Sr0.2CoO3 supported on the mullite fiber porous ceramic was prepared by means of impregnation method, and was then characterized by SEM and XRD, thus coming to the conclusion that the perovskite-type composite oxidant can disperse on the surface of mullite fiber ceramic. The catalytic activity of La0.8Sr0.2CoO3 for NO and CO was also evaluated. The effect of the doped PdCl2 with a mass fraction of 0. 1% on the catalytic activity of the perovskite-type La0.8Sr0.2CoO3 was finally discussed. The results show that the conversion rates of NO and CO respectively reach 74.5% and 99% at 601 ℃ without Pd doping, and both reach 100% at 350 ℃ with little Pd doping.
