摘　　要：通过几何推导,确立了吹膜机组插板顶角与插板插入角之间的关系。阐述了无皱褶薄膜插板设计参数的确定和在插板设计中的灵活应用,介绍了插板上调机构和下调机构的主要组成以及四连杆机构在插板设计中的应用。It established the relation between apex angle and tucking angle of gusset of extrusion line for blown-film through geometrical deduction. It explained the parameters of non-wrinkle film gusset design and its applications on the gusset design, and introduced the main structure of the upper and lower adjusting devices and applications of four-connecting rod mechanism to gusset design.
