摘 要:以粉煤灰和煤矸石为主要原料,用差热分析确定烧结法烧制微晶玻璃的热处理制度。用X衍射分析和扫描电镜对制品进行主晶相和显微结构观察,对试样进行主要性能测试,结果表明以煤炭固体废物为主要原料既可以烧制单层微晶玻璃,又可以覆以面层烧制双层微晶玻璃,具有广阔的应用前景。The fly ash and the coal gangue serving as the main material, the differential thermal analysis is applied to determine the treatment regu- lation for sintering the crystallitic glass in the paper. The main metallic phase and the microstructure of the glass is observed by X diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscopy, and the properties of the sample is tested also, the result shows that solid coal gangue could be served as the main material to sinter the single-layer crystallitic glass and the double-layer crystallitic glass coated with the surface, which has broad application prospect.
