摘　　要：根据塑性成形企业生产过程的特点,提出了一种面向CIMS/ERP的塑性成形生产过程控制系统,介绍了各子系统的相互关系及作用,构建了生产自动监控系统以及质量信息监控系统的理论模型和控制结构,并对其进行了详细论述。在此基础上,建立了整体壁板自适应增量成形生产自动监控系统和铜管加工过程质量控制系统,并在现场进行了实际应用。According to the features of the enterprise on metal forming, a metal forming control system based on CIMS/ERP was proposed. The correlation and function of each module were explained, the theoretical model and the control structure of the automatic production monitoring system and the quality information monitoring system were found, the monitoring systems of processes and quality information were discussed. Based on them, an adaptive incremental process monitoring system for the integral panel and the copper tube processing quality control system were designed. These systems are applied in workshop.
