摘　　要：杨之藻主任医师诊治小儿咳嗽,通过辨咳嗽声音,别内脏所属;察舌象指纹,判证型疗效。擅用散剂,分型论治;用药轻清,不忌收涩;并通过穴位贴敷,以内病外治。Chief physician Yang was experienced in diagnosing and treating children＇s cough. He differentiated the classification of the viscera from the sound of cough and determined the syndrome type and therapeutic effectiveness from children＇s tongue picture and fingerprint. He was good at using powder and syndrome typing for treatment. He used drugs of mild action to treat the superficial syndrome and astringents. He treated internal diseases with external treatment by acupoint application.
