补肾固表方对复感儿T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白、NK、皮质醇的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾固表方防治复感的部分作用机制。方法:采用随机对照方法,以补肾固表方为治疗药,以槐杞黄颗粒为对照药,无菌采取复感儿治疗前后外周血,流式细胞术测定T细胞亚群(CD3、CD4、CD8)和自然杀伤细胞(NK),免疫散射比浊法测定免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM),电化学发光法测定血皮质醇(Cor)和免疫球蛋白IgE。结果:复感儿CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、IgG、IgA、IgM、NK均在正常范围波动,IgE及Cor高于正常水平;补肾固表方治疗后,CD3升高(P<0.01);CD4、CD4/CD8比值升高,CD8下降(P>0.05);IgG、IgA、IgM升高(P>0.05),IgE下降(P<0.01);NK升高(P>0.05);Cor下降(P<0.01);与对照组相比,差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:补肾固表方可使复感儿T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白、自然杀伤细胞及皮质醇分泌保持在正常水平。Objective： To discuss the preventive mechanism of Bushen Gubiao decoction for recurrent respiratory tract infections. Method： Bushen Gubiao decoction was as treating drug and Huaijihuang granulea as control drug with random control method. Periph- eral blood was taken with aseptic manipulation before and after treatment. T cell subpopulation （CD3, CD4, CD8 ） and natural killer lymphocyte were determined by flow cytometry, immunoglobulin （IgG, IgA, IgM） by immunolatex turbidimetry ,cortisol and IgE by e- lectro - chemiluminescence immunoassay. Results ： CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8, IgG, IgA, IgM and NK fluctuated in normal range, cortisol and IgE were higher than normal range. After treating by Bushen Gubiao decoction , CD3 was risen（ P 〈 0.01 ）, CD4, CD4/ CD8 risen and CD8 decreased （ P 〉 0.05 ）, IgG, IgA, IgM risen （ P 〉 0.05 ）, IgE decreased（ P 〈 0.01 ）, NK risen （ P 〉 0.05 ）, cor- tisol decreased （ P 〈0. O1 ） ,there were no significant differences as compared between the two groups（ P 〉0.05 ）. Conclusion： Bushen Gubiao decoction could preserve the secretion of T cell subpopulation, immunoglobulin, natural killer lymphocyte and cortisol in the normal range.
