摘　　要：本文根据群速度与相速度的关系,阐明了相位差谱这一综合物理量的涵义,讨论了它与等效群速度的联系。假定地震加速度时程a(t)可由强度包线f(t)乘以均值为零的平稳随机过程a_g(t)构成,从理论上论证了地震动强度包线函数与相位差谱的频数分布函数成正变关系。According to the relation between group velocity and phase velocity, this paper discusses the relationship between phase difference spectrum and equivalent group velocity, and reveals the significance of phase difference spectrum. On the assumption that acceleration time history can be obtained by stationary random processes multiplied envelop function, this paper demonstrates that envelop function of strong ground motion is proportional to the square root of frequency number distribution function of phase difference spectrum.
