浅谈龙滩水电工程征地移民工作

摘　　要：龙滩水电站水库淹没涉及贵州、广西两省区,淹没面积大、移民人数多。据此,征地补偿及移民安置工作实行“政府负责、投资包干、业主参与、移民监理”的管理体制,移民安置分区规划和分阶段实施,统一了实物指标补偿标准,重视移民资金的使用及管理,并实行移民综合监理制。结合工作实践,提出了在市场经济体制下,做好征地与移民搬迁安置工作的若干意见和建议。The reservoir of Longtan Hydropower Station will inundate some areas of Guizhou and Guangxi Provinces, with large inundation area and a lot of relocated people. This paper introduces the principles of reservoir resettlement work of Longtan Hydropower Station and the concrete methods of land acquisition and resettlement work. Then in combination with working practice, this paper puts forward some opinions and suggestions on doing land acquisition and resettlement well under the conditions of market economic system.
