禄丰县参合农民对新农合定点医疗机构服务质量的评价

摘　　要：目的探讨参合农民对新农合定点医疗机构服务质量的评价情况,为改进其服务质量提供科学依据。方法随机整群抽样,以问卷方式调查抽取的部分云南省禄丰县参合农民对新农合定点医疗机构服务质量的意见和建议。结果参合农民对各级定点医疗机构医疗技术水平、服务态度、收费、卫生资源配置情况的评价分布差异分别都有统计学意义(P<0.001)。经非条件Logistic回归分析表明,参合农民喜欢选择村卫生室就诊的主要原因是医务人员治疗一些常见病的医疗技术水平尚可,距离近,就医方便,满意度较高。结论各级定点医疗机构服务质量一般。建议有关卫生主管部门努力提高乡村卫生机构的服务条件,改善县级医疗机构的服务态度,严格控制医疗收费标准。OBJECTIVE Through probing into the appraisment of participating farmers on the service quality of New-style Rural Cooperative Medical Care fixed-point medical institutions, so as to provide scientific evidences for improving, the service quality of these institutions. METHODS We randomly sampled a part of participating farmers by the cluster sampling, who were of participating farmers in Lufeng County, Yunnan Province, and investigated their comments and proposals about the service quality of fixed-point medical ＂institutions by the questionnaire method. RESULTS There were respective statistical significant differences （P〈0.001） between the respondents＇ appraisal distributions of medical technical level, the attitude of medical service, medical charge and the allocations of health resources among the various fixed-point medical institutions.Through analyzing the data by Non-conditional Logistic Regression Analysis, it indicated that the main reasons, which caused the participating farms to visit the village infirmaries, were as follows： Firstly, the doctors could treat some common ailments. Secondly, the village infirmaries were close to the participants＇ home.Thirdly, it was convenient for farmers to hospitalize. Finally, they had high satisfactory degree. CONCLUSIONS The service quality of various fixed-point medical institutions was only common level. It was suggested that the health component departrpent concerned strive to improve the health service conditions of ruralsanitary institutions, improve the service attitude of county-level hospitals and strictly control the standards of medical charges.
