摘　　要：孙思邈治疗肝实热证有竹沥泄热汤、前胡汤、防风散、远志散及地黄煎五方,其组方特色是以寒降为主,降中含升;以泻实为主,泻中有补。立法特点为:清肺以泻肝,清心利尿以撤热和益肾水滋肝木。Sun Simiao used five prescriptions to treat excess heat-syndrome of the liver： Zhuli Xiere Decoction, Qianhu Decortion, Fangfeng Powder, Yuanzhi Powder and Dihuang DeciSion. His prescription had the following characters： cold and lowering being the main purpose while lifting within lowering; purging the excess being the main purpose while tonification within purgation. His treatment had the following characters： removing heat from the lung to purge the liver of pathogenic fire; clearing away the heart-fire and inducing diuresis; tonifying the kidney water to nourish the liver wood.
