摘　　要：针对船舶营运对海洋环境的污染和破坏,指出了在对海洋环境污染控制中要正确认识环境和发展的关系,坚持自然科学与人文科学并重的污染控制研究范式,加强环境教育,提高人们的环境意识,正确发挥意识对实践的指导作用.As to pollution and breakage of the marine environment during the operation of ships, the paper pointed out that, during the controlling of the marine pollution, we should correctly deal with the relation between man and nature, research the marine environmental problems not only in technology but also in humanism.
