摘　　要：作为一种能够有效提升区域竞争力的经济组织形式,集群化已经开始受到学术界、工商界及政府的高度关注。本文对中小企业集群竞争优势的形成机理进行了简单的梳理,并从规模经济和范围经济、交易费用和社会资本等方面对中小企业集群竞争优势的形成机理进行论述。As one kind of the economic organization form which could effectively promote the region competitive power, the clusters already started to attract high attention from the academic circles, the business circles and government. This article has carried on simple combing to forming principle of the small and medium - sized enterprise clusters competitive advantage, and expounded forming principle from economies of scale , scope economy, transaction expense,social capital and etc.
