摘　　要：基于IP网络的VoIP通话方式为人们的远距离交流提供了一种价廉的途径。近几年出现的软交换技术标志着以多媒体通信为主体的新一代VoIP通信方式的到来。本文在介绍VoIP基本原理和流程的基础上,提出一种基于MGCP协议的VoIP系统的设计方案,解决VoIP达到规模化商用所面临的问题。Great changes have taken place with the development of computer technology. VoIP telephone based on IP network offers a lower charge for people＇ s long-distance communications. The soft switch technology which has been invented in the recent years indicates the coming of a Anew VolP network based on multimedia communication. This paper firstly introduces the basic principles and the flow of VolP and then provides the design of VolP system based on MGCP protocol so that the problems, which VolP is faced with while used in the large scale of business, are present which could be solved urgently to use in large size, and solutions are suggested.
