摘  要:通过体内和体外试验,研究了草甘膦对大鼠肝微粒体酶、脂质过氧化作用及还原型谷胱甘肽的影响。体内试验结果表明:草甘膦能显著诱导增加微粒体细胞色素P(450)含量,与对照组比较[x±s(下同)分别为(0.68±0.12)、(0.59±0.09)μmol/g]具有显著意义(P<0.05)。并且可使还原型谷胱甘肽的含量显著增加,与对照组比较[分别为(1281.5±74.0)、(1178.9±22.0)μg/g]具有极显著意义(P<0.01)。体外试验结果表明:草甘膦在10(-8)~10(-4)mol/L浓度范围内对细胞色素P(450)无明显影响,但能显著抑制脂质过氧化作用,在10(-7)~10(-4)mol/L时可增加还原型谷胱甘肽的含量,且呈明显剂量效应关系。Glyphosate is a broad spectrum, pestmergence and widely-ultilized herbicide.The effects of glyphosate on hepatic microsomal enzymes,lipid peroxidation and the content of glutathione in rats were studied in vivo and in vitro.The results in vivo indicated that Glyphosate dramatically increased the content of cytochrome P(450).Averages and standard deviations for treatment group and control group were(0.68±0.12)and(0.59±0.09)μmol/g, respectively.The difference in average was statisticslly significant at P<0.05.Glyphosate had a minor effect on the content of cytochrome b5 with an induction of activity of Aniline hydroxylase.The level of glutathione was raised significantly.At P<0.01 level,the difference in average was statistically significant. Averages and standard deviations for treatment group and control group were(1 281.5±74.0) and(1 178.9±22.0)μg/g, respectively.MDA(the product of LPO) was changed moderately by glyphosate.The test in vitro estimated that the effects on the content of hemoprotein(cytochrome P(450)and b5)and on the activity of Aniline hydroxylase were moderate or not observed in the range of 10(-8) ̄10(-4)mol/L;whereas in this range of concentration lipid peroxidation was inhibited and the level of glutathione was increased dramatically, showing an obvious dose-effect relationship.
